3.THE PROJECT BEGINS IN EARNEST

The first step was to swap the Customs wheels over to the SP as the banana comstars with their inboard disc had to go.
That entailed swapping the front ends as complete units.
In addition much prefered the Customs headers so they got swapped out next.
The handlebars were also wrong so on with a spare set.
Digging through my fibreglass mold collection I found my Harley flat track seatbase & CX500 Custom tank molds.
Heres the result:
